We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Native ESL Teacher to join a reputable training center located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. This position offers an excellent opportunity to teach motivated students across different age groups while experiencing one of China’s most charming and culturally rich northern cities.

Location: Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China
Position: Native ESL Teacher
School Type: Private Training Center
Student Age: 3 – 18 years old
Salary: 15,000 – 23,000 RMB per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Visa: Work visa provided
Start Date: ASAP or negotiable

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
Encourage interactive learning and improve students’ communication skills
Prepare lesson materials and participate in school activities as needed
Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports student learning and growth

Candidate Requirements

Native English speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
Bachelor’s degree or higher
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
Teaching experience with children and teenagers is an advantage
Professional, responsible, and enthusiastic about teaching
