Location: Samsan-dong, Ulsan City, South Korea

Salary: ₩3,400,000 per month

About MalLang Lingo Club

MalLang Lingo Club provides high-quality English instruction for adult learners with a focus on practical speaking skills, personalized learning, and engaging content. We are looking for a motivated, organized manager to lead our adult program in Samsan-dong, Ulsan.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and teach 1:1 speaking lessons and level-testing for adult students.
Design and prepare class materials and 1:1 lesson papers tailored to learner needs.
Create online teaching content and supplementary resources.
Coordinate schedules, monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback.
Support administrative tasks related to the adult program and liaise with the center team.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 14:00

Who We’re Looking For

Native or near-native English proficiency.
Experience teaching adults and conducting 1:1 speaking lessons and placement tests.
Strong material-design skills — ability to produce clear, practical lesson papers and online content.
Good organizational and communication skills; able to manage classes and student records professionally.
Prior managerial or lead-teaching experience is a plus.
