English Teacher Kindergarten & Elementary

Location: Bucheon, Gyeonggi, South Korea
Contract Period: March 2024 – May 2025

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team in Bucheon, Gyeonggi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young learners and creating an engaging learning environment.

Job Details:

Teaching Days: Monday – Friday
School Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten & Elementary

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 2.5 million KRW+ (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Vacation: 1 week in summer, 1 week in winter, plus 1 additional personal day
Housing: Furnished one-room apartment provided or a housing allowance of 400,000 KRW per month
Benefits:

Round-trip airfare reimbursement
Severance pay upon contract completion
National health insurance (50% covered by the employer)
National pension (50% employer contribution)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (any field) required
Native English speaker or F-series visa holder preferred
Teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for working with young learners
