ESL Teaching Position in Ilsan, Gyeonggi – Kindergarten & Elementary Students

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Native ESL Teachers to join a reputable school in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province. This position offers a great work-life balance, competitive pay, and a welcoming teaching environment for those who enjoy working with young learners.

Job Details

Location: Ilsan, Gyeonggi, South Korea
Start Date: Early March 2026
Working Days: Monday to Friday
School Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten & Elementary
Salary: 2.7 million KRW per month (Negotiable)
Vacation: 1 week in summer + 1 week in winter + 1 personal day
Housing: One-room furnished apartment or housing allowance (₩400,000 KRW)

Candidate Requirements

Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
Bachelor’s degree or higher (required for E-2 visa)
Enjoy teaching young learners in a creative and interactive environment
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
