Position Overview

Job Title: English Language Teacher (Elementary & Middle School)
Location: Dongnae District, Busan, South Korea
Start Date: ASAP & Late August 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month renewable

Schedule Details

Working Days: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
School Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Student Levels: Elementary and Middle School

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting from 2.6 million KRW per month (negotiable based on experience)
Vacation: 11 paid vacation days + all national public holidays (red days)
Housing: Furnished single-room apartment or monthly housing allowance
Airfare: Round-trip airfare provided (for overseas hires)
Severance Pay: One month’s salary upon contract completion
Insurance: 50% coverage for National Health Insurance
National Pension: 50% employer contribution (refundable for eligible nationalities)

Candidate Requirements

Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
Bachelor’s degree (any field – Education or English preferred)
Eligible for an E-2 visa or current F-series visa holder
Clean criminal background check
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about teaching young learners
